### "Nomad makes being a landlord easy\!" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: What I like most about Nomad was their quick responses to my plethora of questions whether I emailed, texted or called. I recently purchased my first rental property, so I had no experience as to exactly what I was doing, but Nomad took the fear out of that\! They never made me feel like I had a dumb question (though I’m sure some of them were)  and they never just referred me to a website or FAQs for an answer. I felt like I had a true partner every step of the way\!

> **Cons**: The only issue I had with Nomad is when I first called, I specifically told them that somebody referred me to Nomad and I knew there was a referral bonus for both parties. I was not given a direct link to fill out to claim this referral bonus at the time, but I thought just by mentioning it on the first conversation, it would be taken care of. I am still waiting to hear if they will take care of me after the fact as I was not properly directed at first.

> My overall work experience with Nomad was absolutely positive. I would highly recommend them for anyone who plans on running a property whether you are a first time renter or have been using more expensive property managers to help me.

> **Pros**: I love the peace of mind Nomad gives me. From guaranteed rent so I don't have to worry about paying my mortgage, to property protection, to 24/7 maintenance triage - it makes being a landlord so much easier. 

One of the best parts is Nomad only costs 4% vs. 10% from a local PM. Sure, I still have to be involved with my property but I do want involvement. I used to live there and care about it.

Also, the last time I leased my property via Nomad I got it leased in like 9 days. Their tools are so good.

> **Cons**: Sometimes I find I can get better prices by using my own vendor than using one of their partners. I wish they had the best prices because it's so easy just to click a button in the Nomad portal and send a vendor out. But I get it - on demand vendors from bigger companies are going to cost more than my local handyman.

> Going great for 5 years now. It's been totally worth it for me and I wouldn't rent my property any other way.
