> **Pros**: The continued improvements - our Kiwanis club has been a client since the beginning. MemberDay continues to make improvements, add features, and perfect their product to ensure ease of use for membership management. It is always exciting to see what will happen next.

> **Pros**: First and foremost, the team's willingness to listen to feedback, and the act on this feedback positively, which I believe has helped to create an amazing tool for clubs\! And a clear second, is the value for the money spent. Obviously nonprofit organizations have to watch their spend and what is gained is an immense help to organize our daily support for those things we focus on most, such as club member engagement, tracking, fundraising, and more.

> **Cons**: Diffiult to say, as they've always been here for us\! In the beginning, it may not have been as intuitive as we'd prefer; however, since they do listen and go the extra mile to help make their tool easier to use, it has become much more intuitive, even for our older members.

> **Pros**: MemberDay allows our club to use one product for so many things.  It is also a great way of communicating with all members.  All of our events, meeting, etc. can be found in one place along with contact information for fellow members

> **Cons**: The email system can be difficult. We recently realized we can't forward an email but this is a minor issue.

> The people at MemberDay are very responsive, they offer ideas, they go above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience.  The system is constantly evolving and adding new features.  We recently discussed a meeting check in system and they created it and released it.  This made us feel heard and understood that they are concentrating on making it the best platform for us.

> **Pros**: It is very easy to use, easy to download the app, and our membership quickly found it an incredible addition to our around 75 member Kiwanis Club.  Customer support is incredibly good, and the features just keeping getting better and better.  Besides club management we use it for event scheduling and online payment processing, all very easy to implement

> **Cons**: Originally the help section was rich with information, but not easy to navigate.  However, with the help of AI and some reorganization it is now much easier to use.  Even if you were stuck, an inquiry to support was promptly and completely answered.

> We had used a couple of Club Management systems prior to MemberDay, including ClubRunner.  Our members struggled to use both systems, but became comfortable with MemberDay quickly.  Signing up for volunteer positions, quick access to member information, club wide email, and the files sections is particularly popular.  We strongly recommend to other clubs on a regular basis.
