> **Pros**: Communication is where Bella Booking really stands out. They listen, they help, and they actually respond.

In the past, we've always been pointed to FAQ guides and left to figure out features ourselves. Bella Booking is different, their AI handles the first line of support and when it can't solve your issue, a real team member follows up. I know that might sound like a basic standard to meet. But when you actually experience their team reaching out to help, you realise how rare their approach to support is.

> **Cons**: The client-facing visual side could be a little less clumpy. That said, since we've been with Bella Booking there have already been several adjustments and improvements. Our clients are enjoying all the support we're able to give them on the back end, so honestly, this is really us being picky.

> All other booking systems should be nervous. Bella Booking's agility and their ability to genuinely listen to clients, then act on it really sets them apart from anyone else in the space.

While testing the system, I was skeptical and figured there must be some hidden catch. There were features I'd been waiting on from our old system, and the support has been fast and helpful throughout.

There are no long sign-up periods either, which has caught us out before with other providers. If your system is genuinely brilliant, you don't need to lock people into contracts to keep them. Bella Booking clearly knows they're good enough that they don't have to.

Within 3 business days Bella bookings have given me more customer service than in the whole time I was with the other company, they only take a maximin 10-15 min if they are busy to reply, as a business owner this means a lot.
Both \[sensitive information\] have been AMAZING and without there help I would not have been able to be ready on time.
