> **Pros**: CivilPro is a strong, lot-based QA system that does an excellent job of linking records within a single, central platform. It provides clear visibility across lots, making it easy to understand exactly where things stand at any point in time—something many other systems struggle to do.
One of CivilPro’s key strengths is how effectively it connects data. Records, sign-offs, survey, and testing are all linked in one place, which removes the need to manage QA through fragmented tools, emails, and ad‑hoc templates. Instead of piecing together information from multiple sources, CivilPro establishes one consistent, structured method that actually works in practice on civil projects.
The system also integrates well with Power BI, allowing for customised reporting and real-time visibility of project status. This makes tracking progress, outstanding actions, and trends straightforward and responsive, rather than relying on static snapshots that quickly become outdated.
As a Quality Manager who has tried and tested many QA systems, CivilPro stands out as the best I’ve used. Other platforms often make it difficult to get a true snapshot of lot status and sign-offs, which leads to inefficiencies and workarounds. CivilPro removes that uncertainty and provides confidence in the data.
Where additional data manipulation is required, information can be easily exported to Excel, offering flexibility without compromising the integrity of the system.
Overall, CivilPro delivers a practical, well-structured QA solution that supports real-world civil construction workflows and significantly improves clarity, consistency, and control.

No more spreadsheets, no more missed communications and no more missing critical steps in your QA workflows. Everything is managed in a single platform and there are checks and balances in the software to ensure that all project specifications are met before completed lots can be conformed. What these translate to are savings in time, money and resources.
