Redo provides countless options for the merchant to customize how returns/exchanges should be handled and includes robust analytics regarding which products are being returned and why. We joined Redo's support platform in the summer of 2024 and continue to be impressed as they improve. I was hesitant to make the jump from Gorgias but am so glad we did. The customer portal is also easily customizable and is so simple for customers to use to track packages, start a return/exchange/claim, edit an order, start a chat, view past orders, etc. AI chat is incredible and has saved our support team thousands of tickets. It is easy to review and update the AI knowledge to make sure customers are getting the right answers. Best of all, the Redo team provides amazing support for all of their products. They are quick to answer questions, fix bugs, find solutions to problems, and don't get super annoyed with me even though I slack someone on the team almost daily. 10/10 would recommend working with Redo. 5 gold stars. It is a little confusing figuring out how to set everything up. Our customer success manager had to help us a lot, but since it's a little confusing I have to reach out to support every time I need to update something. However, the good news is that you should just have to set it up one time. The other thing that I don't like a lot is that it's another cost for the consumer, since the returns is an add on that the customer pays for, that can sometimes hurt conversion. That being said they have a lot of things you can do to help mitigate that with A/B testing, and different placement options. > > Our experience has been pretty good. We onboarded with them about 2 years ago. The support tool hasn't changed a whole lot but they keep coming out with new products and features. Everything they put out is pretty good and a fair price.
