We continuously test various hypotheses against the status quo (7Learnings) using A/B tests and have hardly ever achieved a better result in any test so far. Quick changes to the strategy in the tool create room for maneuver and business relevance. The support is very good; even difficult requests are considered and attempts are made to incorporate them into the tool. We use the tool every day.

> **Pros**: The best upsides of using 7L is the opportunity to manage discounts on multiple channels at once and tailoring discounts for each specific country. It makes managing discounts really easy and a lot less time consuming once you have gotten to know the system. Always close contact to a dedicated person is a very big help, as this makes the contact person able to know the company and the ongoing issues we might be facing.

> **Cons**: The program has a fairly steep learning curve, if you are analytic and have a logical mindset you might find it more easy to learn. Discounts can end up targeting unintended products and also steer discounts more aggressive than intended, this can be hard to steer correctly as it targets many products at once.

> Overall working with 7L is a big time saver and can make the day to day operations much easier. Great support and a lot of possibilities with the program.
