- **Pricing Details**: Xamun does not publish a rate card. The price is set on the bottleneck being fixed, never on hours, seats or change requests. Every engagement starts with a free Discovery, which names the bottleneck, measures what it costs today and agrees the number that means it is solved. Discovery also decides which of the two pricing options fits: Outcome-as-a-Service (usage) or Turnkey (licence).

Outcome-as-a-Service (usage)
Xamun carries the cost of the build and launch. The client pays a small fee for each transaction the system processes, such as an application decisioned, a booking made or an order fulfilled. The fee is set at Discovery as a small fraction of the value each transaction creates, similar to card processing fees.
- Billing starts at go-live. Nothing is billed before the system runs.
- No monthly minimum. A quiet month means a smaller invoice, and a month with no transactions means no invoice.
- Caps and volume tiers can be agreed at Discovery for large or seasonal volumes.
- Every invoice shows the transaction count and the rate that produced it, and the client can check the count against its own records.
- Xamun keeps watching the number every week for as long as the engagement runs.

Turnkey (licence)
For organisations that must own and operate what they buy. Xamun quotes one capital fee before any code is written, so the full cost is known upfront.
- Every scope change on the way to done is free. There are no change requests and no timesheets.
- Payments are tied to milestones linked to the number moving, not to deliverables.
- The final payment is due only at done, when the operation runs end to end and the number holds.

What both options include
- Full source code, with a perpetual right to run, brand, host and modify the system for the client's own business. The client cannot resell it or offer it to others as a competing service.
- The system runs on the client's own infrastructure. Infrastructure costs are paid by the client and sized during the build.
- A three-year warranty. For three years after done, if the number falls, Xamun re-engineers whatever it takes to bring it back at no cost, whatever the cause.

Exact figures are set at Discovery, based on the client's transaction value and the bottleneck being fixed.
