> **Pros**: This has honestly been great value for money once you factor in the bookings we used to lose. Customer support during onboarding was excellent, they walked me through everything step by step even though I was skeptical at first about trusting an AI with client management. Ease of use has been another highlight, it didn't take long for me or my staff to get comfortable with it. Where it really shines is appointment management and client booking, since customers can book appointments with my salon whether or not someone's free at the front desk. During busy hours when my staff is tied up, the AI handles the booking smoothly, and after hours when there's normally no one around at all, it's picking up client bookings we would have lost completely before. After about 5 months, the impact on our overall booking management has been really clear.

> **Cons**: The main thing I'd love to see improved is full coverage during the day. Right now the AI is great as a backup when the front desk is busy, but it hasn't gotten to the point where it can completely replace a human receptionist yet, so I still need to keep someone staffed up front during business hours. It would be nice if it could eventually handle that role on its own too.
