> **Cons**: Their product documentation could be better. It needs to be updated a bit and could go into more depth.

> **Cons**: They need to have an additional instance in the US East.  They do though have instances in the US West and in Europe which is satisfactory.

> They took very good are of us during the setup explaining each step of the way.   The system has very good up time where we have yet to experience down time with our wireless network.  And, they are very responsive when we reach out to them.

> **Pros**: Really cost efficient platform if you need a good RADIUS authentication solution. Cerificates can easily be deployed through your MDM such as Intune or JAMF. The customer support is exceptional and very helpful. They can assist with general troubleshooting or help with configuration changes when needed.

> **Cons**: The admin portal UI just seems a little outdated and not the most easy/clear to navigate unless you know where to look. There also isn't an easy way to tell from the portal how many device licenses you have consumed. You have to just manually count your device registrations.
> 
> Overall the platform is a set it up initially and forget it. Once configured for your network and/or MDM for easy deployment, you almost rarely ever need to troubleshoot or configure anything else. It's also very cost efficient as well. The support is very helpful. You get a real support engineer that knows the product and will get on a call with you to troubleshoot or assist.

> **Cons**: No cons that I can think of. The only thing that omes to mind is the cost. While less than other solutions it's still a big investment.

> Connecting to campus Wi-Fi can usually be a massive headache with endless manual configurations, certificate errors, and dropped connections. The university’s rollout of SecureW2 completely changed that.
