Comments: Whenever I'm not sure how to do something, there's a great library of tutorial videos. A couple of times I needed help and their customer support was great! They answered me quickly and gave me what I needed. My employees like the modern look and it's very easy to navigate, and our management team likes the reporting capabilities.

Pros:

The ease of use, my employees love it and so do I.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I don't like about it.

Comments: Overall the platform looks nice. The main pain point is carryover days.

Pros:

It is fairly easy to use. We can easily upload to our calendar from the approval email.

Cons:

It doesn't work well with Carryover Days. We will be doing lots of manual work in order for it to work properly.

Comments: Not great. It rarely does what it is supposed to.

Pros:

The timesheets are relatively simple to use

Cons:

You can not remove a holiday after the time sheets are out. It cant handle the hours our staff do, so it messes up every single holiday stat pay. It never accrues properly.

Love this calendar and features

Comments: Overall great will continue using. Works wonderful for our setup

Pros:

Display of calendar including color coordinating different office locations. Also like how full days off display differently than partial days.

Cons:

Paid Vacation and Special Event Icons! They're dull black and white/gray and small in the corner. Please consider offering color version or something that stands out more!!!

Comments: Very good so far, I am hoping this is a long-term partnership!

Pros:

Feature packed and easy user interface. This is a great product for a small business to get many of the features in much larger HR software packages.

Cons:

Just getting the initial invoice paid was the worst part and that didn't take long :)
