> **Pros**: This software is very simple to use and is very inexpensive. You enter the data, meet the deadlines for payment release and it handles the rest. We had been using this for both CAD and USD payments, for many years until we switched to a cloud based accounting system and now only use this for USD payments. The price for USD payments is extremely competitive and I have not been able to find a better pricing structure.

> **Cons**: Features that I would like to see improved is to make this a cloud based technology rather than desktop software. It would also be great if improvements to coding could be made to increase the ease of sync between the new accounting software in the market today that are all cloud based. It still remains to be a fairly manual process to release payments, however since the pricing remains so good, that outweighs the manual process for the few USD payments that we release.

> Overall it has been a good experience with Telpay. Their customer service is great and you know that they will get back to you via email within the same day if there is an issue. Right now during COVID its difficult to get someone on the phone when you call, however they are very good at calling back\!

> **Pros**: Telpay has been around forever and definitely knows their space.  The primary concern with any electronic payment service is security.  Rest assured, we've found Telpay to be the most organized and secure Canadian electronic payment service around.  Their tech support and customer service is also quick to respond and eager to help whenever necessary.

> **Cons**: Telpay's interface is a little outdated as compared to its competition and could use an overhaul.  That being said, it works perfectly well and sometimes that's all you really need\!

> **Pros**: It's a very basic process, nice and simple - upload the file, verify a few things, then submit.  It allows you to delete if you need to, should you find there is an error.  If there is a minor difference in the amount you've submitted, vs the amount you have on the account they send you validation that there is a credit balance for future.

> **Cons**: Once you've submitted a file, you can't make changes to it.  While this understandable, would be nice to be able to make a minor change to an account number.
