> **Pros**: Graphical representation of asset modelling scenarios is great. Very helpful for presenting to executive to show trends in performance and outputs.
Easily change model characteristics to show the impact of funding or risk level changes.
Easily export results of model to Excel for further analysis.

> **Cons**: Some model reports export a limit number of line/record items into Excel files. May be an issue if you have a significantly large data set.

> As this is the first asset management modelling software experience I've had, I have found it to be very helpful in my role. I have been able to show if we change certain parameters that align more to the organisations objectives we can become more efficient with our time and funding.
The support from Brightly has been fantastic and the experiences of the team have been beneficial in the development of the models which I use.
I have also learnt to create my own models to assist other units within the organisation to tell the story of the condition of older buildings in our portfolio. Learning the software for me was reasonable straight forward with a little guidance and support from the Brightly team.
