> **Pros**: I appreciate the ease of sparrow and the fact that we are able to upload calls into the platform to where we can have an automated calling system easy for reaching out to clients.

> **Cons**: At times, Sparrow can be lagging and I do run into it once in awhile with the information does not appropriately transfer.

> Overall sparrows and excellent platform especially for making calls. It makes it easy for outbound and inbound services
