> **Pros**: Using ROAS as a matrix is hard to see what the true profitability of my business. Hellihub shows me the profit of my business based on the complete sales data, COGS, merchant fees and all other business costs. Hellihub also identifies the product I'm making a loss and allows my agency to move them to a lower-targeted campaign.

> **Cons**: Nothing was that hard - even not having all my COGS it had a generic fall back so I could plug this in quickly.

> As we use Magento it needed my development agency to help with plugging it in. I booked an onboarding call with Hellihib and it was no trouble for \[sensitive content hidden\] to help me get the app working. So overall it was a good experience. Very knowledgeable team and I think its going to add a lot of benefit to my business.

> **Pros**: Hellihub was very easy to install and use. Being able to see which products were true winners and losers has really helped me dial in our marketing spend and increase our ROAS.

> Hellihub has been eye-opening. Never before have I been able to see the actual cost for each of our products. Some products that I thought were generating a good profit were actually losing us money, and only using Hellihub have I ever been able to truly see which of my products are worth doubling down on and which ones to hold back or eliminate.
If you run a Google Shopping campaign you need to use Hellihub.

> Great system for analysing Google shopping. I feel we were driving in the rain and someone has turned on the wipers so we can see the road ahead. Performance Max is so complicated for a small EC company without data aquisition personel, that we now have an easy to read system which enables us to ramp up, and also turn off, products depending on their profit and loss.
