> **Pros**: The cost savings. As a cave tour operator, we are a small business so we count our pennies. ActiveBooker includes unlimited digital waivers, so that was a big selling feature and considerable cost savings. It also allows us to charge a deposit at the time of the booking. This is something we hadn't done in the past, but it has reduced the number of cancellations and no-shows.

> **Cons**: The email builder is not very good. I'm not a tech person at all, so I had a hard time doing this myself. I'd love to have the ability to customize emails on my own. I found the setup process cumbersome, but their team assisted with that. 
They do not have financials reporting, which is something I've been told they are working on, but the only way I can check sales revenue, is by going into our Clover account.
