Their customer support stands out as one of the biggest advantages—quick to respond, always improving the product, and genuinely helpful. Compared to Supermetrics, where support was often lackluster, Adzviser has been a refreshing change. Pricing is another major win. With Adzviser, the Looker and Google Sheets connectors are included in the price, which is significantly lower than Supermetrics. The cost structure is much more reasonable, especially when considering our Supermetrics’ legacy plan required costly add-ons, such as paying several hundred dollars just to access an extra connector like TikTok.

> **Cons**: Only con is its an up and comer, so there are occasional bugs or slow loading reports. But it's no more frequent than what we experienced with Supermetrics, and things get fixed way faster.
