Powerful Tool for Sales Insights and Automation

Comments: My experience with Cockpit has been very positive. It’s a key data source for our competitive intelligence process, and many users have pulled valuable insights across various topics from it.

Pros:

Cockpit is very easy to learn at a basic level, which makes it simple to dive deeper into its functionality. Within minutes, you can start unlocking insights about call topics, prospect reactions, and more. The interface for setting up automation is straightforward, allowing you to automatically extract insights from your call data. It integrates seamlessly with various CRM providers like Salesforce and HubSpot and can trigger workflows in tools like Zapier.

Cons:

The manual data export feature could be improved. Exporting and filtering data in a spreadsheet is a cumbersome process. However, connecting it to another tool for data analysis mitigates this issue.

A must for sales team growth

Pros:

Cockpit offers a great recording system with extensive functionality. Our monthly reviews are efficient and insightful. The assessments provide valuable feedback, allowing both managers and peers to review calls effectively.

Cons:

Search functionality sometimes fails to work properly and it takes some time to log in.

L'outil parfait pour faire monter en compétence nos équipes commerciales

Comments: L'équipe est très professionnelle et sympathique.

Pros:

Cockpit est un outil simple qui fait véritablement progresser nos équipes au quotidien. RecordX représente un gain énorme de productivité. Du côté des managers, elle offre une vue rapide sur l'ensemble des collaborateurs, facilitant l'identification des axes d'amélioration. Pour les équipes commerciales, cet outil leur permet de se concentrer à 100% sur leurs réunions. Nous avons récemment adopté TrainX et les équipes l'adorent. Nous avions un véritable défi concernant la maîtrise des connaissances en interne, et cette solution s'intègre parfaitement dans nos process !

Cons:

Côté RecordX, je ne vois aucun inconvénient au produit. Cockpit augmentent sans cesse la valeur ajoutée du produit en sortant de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Pour TrainX, une fois la configuration initiale passée, il fonctionne pratiquement en pilote automatique. Cependant, je dois dire que la phase de mise en place a demandé un travail conséquent, bien que nécessaire.

Incontournable pour optimiser l'efficacité commerciale

Comments: Cockpit est vraiment devenu essentiel dans le suivi et l'amélioration des performances des équipes commerciales. C'est un élément-clé pour exploiter, à la fois des insights pertinents et aider nos équipiers à monter en compétence rapidement.

Pros:

Extrêmement complet, polyvalent, simple d'utilisation… Que ce soit pour l'analyse des appels, l'intégration avec d'autres outils CRM, ou encore la formation des équipes, nous avons intégré RecordX et TrainX à nos processus de travail, aussi bien pour nos équipes en interne que pour nos collaborateurs externes. Cockpit est devenu indispensable pour optimiser les interactions client, assurer une formation et une amélioration continue de nos processus commerciaux.

Cons:

La configuration initiale peut prendre un peu de temps, mais c'est largement rentabilisé dès les premiers usages.
