> **Pros**: Biggest thing is that there a human who can help me anytime I need it. Their robust, intuitive system is fantastic\! And the variety of services they offer, including CRM, marketing, and AI sales assistant is amazing\! They are super chill and easy to work with.

> **Cons**: They didn’t necessarily have all the features we needed. But they always invite feedback and make constant improvements. And there is almost always a workaround as well.

> **Cons**: The least? I truly love everything about FitHive. If I have to choose the least it would be all the features.  There are so many things to use to grow your business it's hard to choose which one to use first.

Costumer service is top notch and they get back to you with any questions big or small. They are always staying on top of new things that can scale our everyday business ventures and you have the opportunity to utilize operations that will expand your business.

> **Pros**: It’s an all-in-one system which is convenient and easy to use— and they only continue to improve. Manage a website, memberships, payments, leads, email \& text marketing from one login and with a team that is there to help every step of the way. Great customer service and great additional services available. You would spend hundred more, have a dozen logins, and a huge headache to get everything they offer from other sources\!

> **Cons**: It’s great, so our dislikes are pretty petty. The language of the system “class/coach/instructor” doesn’t match our business model “sessions/trainers.” It would be great to have a little more control on customization: being able to add initiation fees, provide discount codes, pick EFT dates and prorate dues, BUT this list was different previously, as they are constantly improving through feedback and innovation and checking things off our list\!
