The online visual of the takeoff allows the user to see the where and what of the takeoff. The Excel download allows for integration into the proposal. There are other tools continually added, even bid creation if your trade has a standard price/cost list.

> **Cons**: Really, there aren’t any cons. You have to share information. Remember the AI and the Beam team want to and will learn how you operate.
