> **Cons**: There was a lot of learning that we had at the beginning that required considerable trial and error, however the vast majority of these issues have been corrected

> Overall XpertCoding is a great product that can be tailored to your specific medical setting and make coding a breeze.  The speed at which is completes the charts is also so fast allowing the charts to be billed faster which enables faster collections.

Customer service is second to none.  They provide easy communication methods \& direct contact with knowledgeable technical teams.  They also provide an account dashboard for reporting \& analytics.

> **Cons**: As with any project implementation, capturing all of the outliers or non-standard issues can be time consuming \& ongoing.  I would imagine even more time \& detail would need to be discussed if they don't already have an interface in place with your software.  However, this is an unavoidable aspect of implementation.
