> **Pros**: Way faster for uploading a monthly calendar to Quiltt.  Now our customers can send us a PDF of their existing calendar and we can get it uploaded in minutes.

> **Pros**: Accurate extracting of data using AI no matter the layout of the page it is pulling data from. Easy setup, effective, and time saving. Integrates with common storage apps like Onedrive and Google Drive and can run independently when new data is present.

> **Cons**: Have to pay an unbelievable amount in order to have API access. For a smaller company, this high fee isn't realistic. Wish there were a way to integrate with Quickbooks Online. We have to pay for a separate app to take the data Lido gathers and push it to Quickbooks.

> Setup was fairly simple. Biggest pain point is locating the share link when using Google Drive and sometimes this link un-associates with Lido and has to be re-added for some reason. Using AI, it accurately parses data from a variety of layouts with only the very rare error. Sometimes pulls data from the wrong location or recognizes a numeral as something other than what it is. But, overall, it is amazing and accurate. Saves hours of time per week. Wish API access was available without paying an unbelievable amount of money to go up to the next subscription level.

> **Pros**: Before Lido, we were manually reviewing and extracting key information from legal documents one by one in Excel — an incredibly tedious process that was eating up hours of billable time. Lido completely changed that. We processed over 10,000 legal documents and it consistently pulled the right fields with impressive accuracy. The time savings were enormous — what would have taken weeks of manual data entry was done in a fraction of the time. The extraction logic is smart enough to handle the varied formatting you get across real-world legal docs, which was a huge relief.

> **Cons**: The batch upload limit was a real bottleneck. You can only process a few dozen PDFs at a time, so with 10,000+ documents, I had to babysit the uploads in rounds for days. For a tool this powerful, a higher batch limit — or even an automated queue system — would make it significantly more practical for large-scale projects.

> Lido delivered exactly what it promised and genuinely replaced a painful manual workflow for our team. The accuracy on legal document extraction was strong, and the learning curve was minimal. The batch size limitation added friction on a project of our scale, but it didn't take away from the core value of the product. For anyone dealing with high-volume document processing, this is absolutely worth the investment — just be prepared to stage your uploads if you're working with thousands of files.

> **Pros**: I was stunned when I saw the demo of my handwritten inventory sheet that I needed to type in the computer.  It recognized most of the handwriting and save me days to get it in Excel.  The interface was much simpler than 3 other highly recommended products.  This is fantastic.
