> **Pros**: Nothing. Find another honest company with customer support.

> **Cons**: When charging without a cancellation option, all e-mails are ignored; if there are people or if it's just a single person or bot managing it - AVOID. They are dishonest. Having a LinkedIn page, but all of it is marketing. Nothing works, and it seems to be a bot managing it and its billing platforms.

> **Pros**: Thought it might be a good platform, I was wrong.

> **Cons**: I contacted support after they auto-renewed a year of service without notice. I contacted them the same day to request a refund. They asked a bunch of questions about how to improve but ignored the cancellation request and refund request. When I followed up (4 times) they ignored all emails and finally sent this: 

"To ensure a fair and transparent process, our policy requires specific information and evidence to process refund requests accurately. We recommend outlining your situation and including the following details:

Proof of purchase: This could be a copy of your receipt or confirmation email.
Subscription type and duration: Specify if it was a weekly or yearly subscription.
Reason for cancellation: Clearly state if you encountered any technical issues, misleading descriptions, or other problems justifying a refund.
Token usage: If applicable, inform us if you used any tokens during your brief subscription period.

If you meet the eligibility criteria and provide the necessary documentation, our team will review your request thoroughly and respond promptly."

IF\!\!\! IF we meet eligibility, their "team" will review? That is insane.

> Absolutely terrible experience. I contacted support after an automatic renewal of the service to request a refund and cancelation since I'm not using their service. They ignored all emails until I told them I would dispute the charge and then they pretend to be all corporate and send long lists of thinks needed to "evaluate" a refund.
