> **Cons**: You can never pause your account or downgrade or you lose all your credits. So I could catch up in about 3 months but they want my $22 a month so bad that they're holding me hostage so I don't lose over 9k credits I have. Have to keep paying every month or you lose them. This is literally THEFT.

> **Pros**: Easy to use, and lots of training info for when you start out. I also like that it has texting, and email in one so I can pay for just one service. Also love the schedule feature for texting\!

> **Cons**: It doesn’t have a shipping system integrated or connect with square. My old system imported my orders from square invoices, and allowed me to buy a shipping label. Then it automatically sent the tracking info to the customer via text.

> Overall it’s been very positive\! Much cheaper than my old system and much more user friendly
