> **Pros**: The integration with Gmail and Google Sheets is seamless and user-friendly. I love how I can send personalized mail merges directly from Gmail and manage all my CRM activities in Google Sheets without switching tabs. The 1-click sync feature is a real time-saver and the email tracking capabilities have significantly improved my customer relationship management.

> **Cons**: The free version includes a "sent via Salesforza" signature at the bottom of emails, which can feel unprofessional for business communications. This feature can be removed only by upgrading to the premium version.
