> **Pros**: I think most of our staff members (currently around 100 employees and soon to be expanding to more) find that the system is easy to use. The backend management of keys, groups and employees is very easy to setup and maintain. The simplicity of the system and easy training helped to ensure agency-wide buy in to a workforce that doesn't deal well with technology changes.
> 
> **Cons**: There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly enjoy. The first is that sometimes the doors get stuck and won't open. This is frustrating and problematic as most of our employees are in a hurry to get their keys and start their day. The KeyCafe support recommended lubricating the doors (which I think helped somewhat). The product was mounted in accordance with the instructions, but the doors need to work every time. This is a known problem as there is a section on the troubleshooting to diagnose this issue. The second issue that I have is that the security permissions are inflexible and limited. I wish there were more granular options for users. There are only a few categories that I feel could be expanded to better fit the needs of our agency. I also wish that the KeyCafe boxes were bigger.

> Overall, we are happy with the product. We use KeyCafe in a unique way to manage the keys to our fleet of vehicles as well as the keys to our lockboxes for the checking in and out of our bank of Taser X26p devices. We now have a secure way to track this with a solid audit trail. I also appreciate the ability to utilize the remote application for those users with the correct permissions.

> **Pros**: The peace of mind of knowing keys are stored securely and easy usage.  The mobile app is stellar - I am able manage access or create new users within seconds using my phone as well as see the history of the keys.

> **Cons**: No real con comes to mind.  The only con would be if there is a huge key fob with a bunch of keys attached to it - that it may be a little too big to fit into the box.  We had this issue, but found out that all except two of the keys needed to actually be there and it all fits now.
> 
> From initial VTC consultation to kickoff, our experience is just what we needed.  We are a landscaping company with 20+ assets.  Before Keycafe - keys were routinely lost or misplaced.  Now we know where the keys are, who has the keys and when they were last checked out.

> **Cons**: Every bin must say "Close me" because most of people leave the locker open and then, they only put the key there without scan it. This act has caused a lot of problems because I do not see the key but actually is there.

> It is an excellente and friendly system if you want to control the keys, access, check in/out or permission who enter to you house/apartament. I really like it, the guests can use the lockers if they want to share the key with somebody else.
