> **Pros**: I like the platform's approach to asset, procedure and uncertainty management as well as being device/browser agnostic.  This software can be used on any device suiting individual needs.
> 
> **Cons**: While the reporting package is good, I wish there could be a report builder or some method for additional reporting requirements.
> 
> The overall experience has been great.  The productivity for our operations has drastically increased and allowed our firm to be more responsive to client needs.  The customer service is excellent and responsive.
