> **Pros**: SNF Metrics is very easy to use.  Coming from someone who used this type of tool on paper to utilizing this tool simplifies the process dramatically.  Its faster, easier and not a problem to use.

> **Cons**: The only con i have is when I’m in attachments and opening an attachment, the window that opens is in the same window i am in.  So if i close the window I close out the program and not just the attachment.  I have to remember to use the back button to get back to the report, which is not typical of opening windows or hyperlinks.

> I do like this system overall.  It’s a pleasure to use.

> So far I feel on the fence about the program.  There should be a way to trigger the person initiating the incident report to complete it.  No only leave it up to the DON
