> **Cons**: Constante manutenção dos servidores devido a mudanças da meta, o que não é culpa da plataforma, contudo, atrapalha o usuário devido as interrupções que ocorrem provenientes dessas manutenções. Além disso, o sistema de notificações que aparecem na tela/navegador (pop-up) poderia ser melhor, o usuário não é notificado sobre transferências, marcações internas de outros atendentes e algumas outras funcionalidades.
