> **Pros**: Great support from the initial setup and ongoing. We have been able to make adjustments and amendments to suit our business and being able to customise to some extent has been great. Functionality is good and very rarely have complaints from users.

> **Cons**: I understand CRM integrations are on the cards which is good news as that would be terrific. We currently export the questionnaire (to Excel format) and upload into our CRM. Unfortunately this does not carry over any red flags from the questionnaire so if that was able to be improved it would be helpful.
> 
> Have had a positive experience working with the whole team at HealthPass. Requests are actioned efficiently and any suggestions or ideas from us are always welcomed.

> **Pros**: Love the time saving factor. The pre-filling of paperwork for our candidates is so efficient and definitely impresses them\! 
Jeremy is just brilliant too, so quick to respond and always so diligent and thorough\!
