Before Wunderbuild we were running five different systems to manage estimating, job costing, scheduling, timesheets, site safety and everything in between. Nothing talked to each other and information was scattered. Now the team knows that if they need something, it's in Wunderbuild. The customer service is second to none. I have never had an issue that has not been resolved within the hour, and the support from the team is unexpectedly good compared to the previous systems I used. The recent AI integrations are the icing on the cake and the time they have saved me is worth far more than the monthly subscription price. > > **Cons**: I can't fault anything so far. The only thing, and it's not really an issue, is that new features come out so fast that the workarounds I have built become redundant very quick\! > > We switched at the end of 2023 and it has been a game changer for us. The team was constantly frustrated downloading and learning new apps just to do their job, and I have not had a single complaint since we made the change, which says a lot considering how much pushback there was with the old setup. For a builder like us running multiple large renovation projects, having everything in one place has made a real difference to our bottom line. I would highly recommend it to any builder who is sick of juggling multiple systems. ----- ### "Wunderful Wunderbuild" — 5.0/5 > **Michelle** | *16 September 2025* | Construction Software | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: Wunderbuild is a cost-effective Management tool for our Construction business. Their client support is excellent with a chat feature but also in-person video meetings to offer support. They are upgrading features continuously to improve their services. As a new construction support person, they have been invaluable in developing my understanding and skills in using processes. They have an excellent team who is patient, proactive and adaptive. > > **Cons**: Having an established set of video training resources from job start to finish would be ideal, especially for those new to the industry and the program. > > Excellent experience with the Wunderbuild team. The program has many useful features for business use. ----- ### "Great Service" — 5.0/5 > **Mike** | *20 March 2026* | Construction Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Simple to navigate and powerful enough to cover our current projects. > > **Cons**: A few glitches in syncing but Wunderbuild Help is VERY quick to respond and fix any issues fast. > > Fantastic\!\!\! ----- ### "Not All Heroes Wear Tool Belts" — 5.0/5 > **Brendan** | *1 August 2025* | Construction Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The features are great; scheduling, communication, lead management, estimating and take-offs, documents folder, QRs, Time tracking, jobs and cost tracking, site diaries, template folders, xero integrations. Its ease of use, value for money, customer support are all top of class. Then there's the simple use of communication for your clients and team, keeping everything in the one place has been a huge game changer. > > **Cons**: At first, coming from a different platform, it took some time to get used to a new layout, but eventually we got the hang of all the features and where they were and now it's the new norm and wouldn't have it any other way. > > It's fantastic\!\! The team at Wunderbuild have a great product that is continuously improving every week. It saves us so much time each and every week. We would not operate without it now. ----- ### "Wunderbuild, an essential tool in any building/construction business" — 5.0/5 > **Sean** | *31 July 2025* | Construction Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The clarity it brings to project management is exceptional. Real-time progress tracking keeps the whole team aligned and on top of the job, while the integrated client portal makes communication with clients easy and professional. It reduces the back-and-forth and gives everyone confidence in the process. The support team is also a standout. They are responsive, helpful, and continue to improve the platform based on user input. > > **Cons**: There was a bit of a learning curve at the start, particularly getting familiar with the full scope of features. Some functions took time to integrate into our workflow, but once we got up to speed, the system proved to be very efficient. Any issues or suggestions have been well supported by the Wunderbuild team. > > Our overall experience has been excellent. Wunderbuild has helped bring structure and visibility to key parts of our business. It saves time, reduces errors, and allows us to manage jobs more efficiently. The fact that they listen to users and continue to refine the product gives us confidence we're using a platform that will evolve with our needs. ----- Page: 1 / 3\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/1052117/wunderbuild?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/1052117/wunderbuild) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
