> **Pros**: The all in one platform helps to paint such a clear picture of business operations when it comes to areas of opportunity or great strength. Another thing I love about it is the built in accountability with electronic charting and tracking. This platform is a game changer\!

> **Cons**: There is a lot to it, so learning and navigating the platform can take awhile. Other that that, I can’t think of anything.
