> **Pros**: Although there is clearly still improvements to be made the software is, for the most part, quite intuitive and is evidently going to be a very capable bit of kit.  Having the ability to plan multiple routes from multiple depots is a game changer for us.  Add to this the ease with which delivery jobs can be moved from one route to another and you have yourself a must have tool.

> **Cons**: One of the things that we would personally like to see changed is the on screen display.  The options for splitting the screen are a little too limited and it would be great if each window had a 'docking' option to allow them to be split across multiple screens.
> 
> We have now been using Pin Routes for a few months and have already seen the benefits.  It has allowed us to streamline our delivery service reducing miles and therefore our fuel usage.  As a company currently pushing hard to reduce our carbon footprint, and improve the way in which we impact the environment overall, this has been hugely valued.

> **Pros**: I enjoy being able to load all of our jobs into one scenario and move them around to what truck fits best, the optimize option is handy as well to see scenarios that you might not have thought of in the beginning.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it can be difficult to get the system to give the correct amount of drive time vs time off and have it meet some of our more crucial time windows.
> 
> We have had a very successful transition from Truck stops to pin routes and have worked out a lot of the kinks in the way we use the system with the very helpful support team, and I am very happy using the Pin Routes programming.

> **Pros**: I like how you can return later to an already scheduled truck and adjust it or look at the details of how it was scheduled, instead of starting all over.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the system gets very confused with time off and waiting time and it keeps forcing waiting time where it is not necessary. It can be tedious to go through and correct this so a lot of waiting time is not forced into the schedule.
