> **Pros**: Seamless integration with Kaseya products should save time when putting QBRs together. The endpoint monitoring report is more robust than our current product, LifeCycle manager X.

> **Cons**: Not simple process for viewing Hardware (configuration items). Would be nice to get some more options with the ticketing reports. Clients sometimes request a rundown on tickets and Autotask report is html based and a bit hard to read.
