## Reviews

### "Product support is a good reason to go with GiveWP" — 5.0/5

> **Michael** | *20 June 2025* | Religious Institutions | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Tech support when I need it. A difficult problem, discussed via email, was escalated to a top flight tech support person, who analyzed the problem with me, and got me headed in the right direction
>
> **Cons**: Pretty complicated to use. There are so many features, setup is not trivial. Fortunaely, there is a wealth of documentation and real people when you need them.
>
> Frustrated with a problem that was NOT GiveWP's fault. \[sensitive content hidden\] spent serious time with me figuring out that there is an issue with the credit card processor. Startup problems aside, the product is feature-rich, and has a lot of capabilities.

### "Want customer emails to be leaked? Great choice for that." — 1.0/5

> **Eric** | *1 August 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Their software development leaves a lot to be desired, so I suppose you could look at it as a pro that they have a lot of room to grow.
>
> **Cons**: They managed to leak every single donor in a way that was exploitable to anyone who is able to use the right mouse button, and then blamed their users and insisted that this easily exploitable flaw couldn't have been the result of these lists leaking.
>
> Terrible customer service, and complete failure to own up to their mistakes. Blaming their users for them leaving gaping holes that expose customer emails, even those that chose the anonymous option.

### "Excellet solution to accept website donations" — 5.0/5

> **Gregorio** | *2 September 2025* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Excellent website solution for donations with a fantastic support service even with the fremium option.
>
> **Cons**: To say something, might take some time to get familiar with all the set up options, but just like any other tool.
>
> Excellent experience, we have it on a customer site (NGO) running smoothly. Had some issues with the latest update, but solved with same day free support service.

### "Seamless Donation Solution with Powerful Features" — 5.0/5

> **Rameez** | *28 July 2025* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Easy to use, highly customizable, and great donor management, perfect for running smooth campaigns \!
>
> **Cons**: No major cons so far, everything has worked smoothly, easy to use and met our needs right out of the box.
>
> Overall, it's been a smooth and positive experience, easy setup, great features, and reliable support.

### "Credit Card and PayPal malfunction for 6 weeks - support terrible" — 1.0/5

> **Helen** | *11 February 2025* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The pro was that my designer knew how to set this up.
>
> **Cons**: We have had two months of failed credit card and paypal donation connectivity. We had one donor give up and wire us money. This has been ongoing since the middle of January and depite multiple attempts to fix the problem our donors still cant complete the payment. I tried myself just now and got a spinning wheel at the end and it doesn't appear to have taken.
>
> It was ok, not great, for awhile. Seemed slow. But for the last 6 weeks - a critical time for us to take in donations, the credit card and paypal functions aren't working. Our designer has reached out multiple times and we keep thinking the problem is fixed and then it isn't. It is a terrible feeling to have generous donors give up because of WP Gives lousy development.
