> **Pros**: Ease of filing data.  I think that an improvement to the way in which files can be saved from papercloud would make sense (i.e. if I wanted to extract data).

> **Cons**: It is temperamental.  Sometimes updates mean that you are locked out of the files.

> Overall papercloud is an improvement to the system we were using previously (watermark).  It is sometimes clunky, but okay overall.

> **Pros**: Watermark have a great support team who are very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular is very helpful.The system is easy to use and has some useful features.

> **Cons**: There needs to be an option to hover over a document and see a preview of the document when it is saved as a word/excel/pdf etc thumbnail. When printing to watermark as images then extracting to PDF, the quality of the PDF is very poor and needs to be improved.I would like to see some way of being able to control what types of documents can be filed into a client file i.e. thumbnails only, not a mix of thumbnails and images.

> I would say our overall experience with Papercloud is satisfactory. Support is great but we do have some issues. Development of new features or fixes can be a little slow. It has some useful features but could be made much better with some additional features added.
