Found my vinyl cutter right away. I bought it to do signs on my box truck at a 1/4 the price of sign shop. I started doing some signs for grandkids school projects and now the grandkids make their own. They love using it and mixing colors in it too. The software price was very well worth the purchase. Graphic creation is so easy with Vinyl Master. The connection to the cutter is traight forward and easy to follow. I make yard signs and other small projects with it. Always a use for the software. I use to have a metal cutting plasma business and made signs. Now some items with my Ender 6 3D printer like plaques and kids trophies and label them with the vinyl cutter. Customer support has been great. I have had to call a couple times but problem is always solved quickly. Shamefully, problems were of my own fault. I have had to upgrade my cutter twice but software keeps going even though 1 day, I will have to upgrade to get the new features in Vinyl Master. Absolutely love the auto trace feature with the registration marks specifically the code bar i feel its superb in making accurate plots. makes it extremely easy to make a dieline for plot graphics. 2. I like how i can redownload my version whenever something happens makes it extremely easy to re apply the software. 3. I like how easy it is to caliberate the machine with the pen tool feature to get the line up and registration as accurate as possible. (hope you extend a learning video with a little more deapth on setup for) > > **Cons**: Most of these are just things i wish i had in the program not really a con.. 1. Redesign same cutfile after you setup and add the cut file. Sometimes infind it difficult to have recreate a whole new file just because i need to adjust the line and choke the offset -.03 just a little to my liking. Wish we can adjust old cut files when we like. 2. Wish there was a way when i have to make custom plotted lines in adobe to overlay graphics that have bleed within the art to cut within the color bounding but no real way to set up my file into VM to make it work. I try to bring it in peefectly overlay on the art and try to wizard the line but it doest register my line only the otside art work. Not sure if im doing something incorrect. 3. Dont really like the random zooming with the mouse toggle sometimes makes it hard to recenter the art work after you accidentally zoomed to oblivion. (Maybe a a feature where thats a toggle in the task bar and adjust but click and hold button up and down ). 4. A hold page hot key like adobe where you can hold the space bar then click hold the mouse to navigate around the artwork a little more effectively. > > I absolutely love vinylmaster in my opinion iv used every software from adobe illustrator, flexisign, efi firey, mutlicam, dos, coral.
