It's very great to be able to review them/edit them on the fly as necessary per the way they're understood by the cooks. I really enjoy the way the prep lists are organized as well. As long as the people fill them out adequately it provides all the necessary information.

> **Cons**: I'm think the biggest snag is the fluidity of how the app operates. It seems to be very bumpy/laggy and the amount of time necessary to do things on the phone is longer than it should be solely because of the time it takes to wait for the app to update the data that's put in
