> **Pros**: The care planning system is customisable to our organisation. This provides us with many opportunities to further develop our internal processes.
> 
> **Cons**: The support process does not always resolve issues or problems. There are many issues with their app due to sync related issues. This could be due to the amount of data we require to be stored exceeds their app capacity. This would need to be communicated to us and amendments need to be made to the app / infrastructure to support our daily data load.

> Not great. Account managers change very often and no proper handover is given which leaves us on the side-line without proper support.
