> **Pros**: I love the pet \& human dashboards and flags. The scheduling is easy \& the reporting is very helpful. I also like that Pointr was built from within the pet industry, by folks that have experience all of the pain points that come from managing grooming salons.

> **Cons**: Nothing really. I was a little worried because they are new ... but, everything has been professional and well done with the Pointr team.

> From my initial interaction with their team to using the software for over a year, I have been impressed. The added my customer database and I moved over all of my appointments quickly. After that, the support team has been very helpful in getting Pointr 'dialed in' for our grooming salon and dog daycare center.r

I like that Pointr came from within the Pet Industry, so a lot of attention to details that I need are already included. My staff loves to use Pointr compared to what we were using previously.
