> **Pros**: Provengo da un servizio concorrente molto famoso che, in seguito ad un importante downtime non mi ha avvertito perchè, durante il mio abbonamento, hanno ridotto ad 1 il numero di dispositivi avvertibili contemporaneamente. Qui questo non è mai successo. Ormai da 3 mesi tutta la mia infrastruttura è controllata da Pulsetic e direi che ora sono abbastanza tranquillo. Gli alert arrivano tutti ed in modo proattivo. Posso aggiungere anche i colleghi del team tecnico per fargli ricevere degli alert in tempo reale e controllare tutta l'infrastruttura.
La parte relativa alle status pages è sicuramente fatta davvero bene ed anche la grafica è elegante, customizzabile e bella visivamente. Ultima cosa l'assistenza che prova a rispondere sempre in brevissimo tempo ed è efficiente.

> **Cons**: Sicuramente c'è ancora un po' da lavorarci. Il monitoraggio delle porte (che, purtroppo, per me è importantissimo) non è molto intuitivo e talvolta è soggetto a falsi positivi o segna costantemente server funzionanti come non raggiungibili. Conto che risolveranno a brevissimo questi piccoli bug.

> Non saprei direi se Pulsetic è il miglior prodotto della sua categoria. Personalmente ho utilizzato vari competitor precedentemente e con Pulsetic mi sto trovando sicuramente una spanna meglio di prima.
