Abgesehen vom Aufwand, zurückgesendete Verträge zu digitalisieren, haben wir viel Zeit damit verbracht, kundenspezifische Vertragsanpassungen manuell einzupflegen und den Überblick über verschiedene Arbeitsversionen desselben Dokuments zu behalten. Wir nutzen Paperless inzwischen seit über 3 Monaten und sind absolut zufrieden. Durch eingesparte Portokosten, Zeit und den verringerten „Dokumenten-Dschungel“ ist die monatliche Gebühr für Paperless mehr als lohnenswert.
