> **Pros**: Roo.ai is a very simple system that we can personalize to make even our new maintenance techs confident in the machinery what they are servicing. We can give step by step instruction, with pictures and video for the newer techs, and the seasoned professionals can skip the instructions to speed up their work order times.

> **Cons**: We were one of the first Oil \& Gas companies and we helped them build out their platform to be more friendly for companies like ours. Not a huge negative but it was an initial learning curve and collaboration.
