> **Pros**: As a one-woman Communications office at a small, private high school, On The Stage's promotion of our events gives The Arts at Delone Catholic the attention they deserve, which I don't always have the time to provide.

> **Cons**: I can't really think of anything I don't like about OTS, so I guess the biggest con is there is nothing to complain about.
> 
> With On the Stage, we get a production and marketing team that we couldn't afford any other way. The customer service is always prompt, friendly, and helpful.

> **Pros**: On the Stage was a nice was for my school to test out selling tickets digitally for our events. Creating the pages was fairly easy, if technology is something you're strong at, and you were able to personalize things.

> **Cons**: I did not like that we had to sign a year-long contract right out of the gate. I also did not like how high some of the fees were. I even got charged fees on cash ticket sales AND comp tickets. If I was giving away a ticket to an actor or something, I actually LOST money, which didn't make sense to me.

> Overall, my experience was fine. It was good enough at what it did, but I ended up finding another software that I like significantly more.

> **Pros**: I really like that I can get everything in one. If I need to make a show program, posters, reports, ticket sales… I can do all of that. I especially like that it will hold all of the reports for me so if I need to pull something up from last year’s show, I can easily pull that up.

That is my biggest thing with them is recently I had a lady emailed me and told me that she didn’t read the website and she thought that we were in Texas and we are in Georgia.  She bought 10 tickets to my show. And not only did I have to refund her the money, but I had to pay fees for each ticket that I had to refund.

> It’s been a great experience. This is the third company that I have started that I have signed up with on the stage because I like them.
