> **Pros**: The Verizon One talk app allows me to answer office call remotely on my cell phone. It's also a bonus that my clients do not have my direct cell number when I call them as the call ID displayed is actually my office number.
> 
> **Cons**: The call quality is spotty especially when I am using bluetooth. There isn't a text feature on the app which would be convinient.
> 
> At time, the app has frustrated me due to dropped calls or bluetooth not working when the calls come in.

> **Pros**: I can make calls on multiple devices, never at the same time but if i do not have my phone nearby, my mac works perfectly fine

> **Cons**: There are a lot of lags and occasionally messages do not go through which is troublesome at times so you need to double check.

> overall it is a good service and if the messaging issues are fixed, this is a great app. As mentioned before you just need to make sure you get confirmation from whoever you are texting if you do a lot of texts
