Increase Project/Labor Management Visibility

Comments: From the start the Fieldclix team has been attentive to our business flow and goals. The implementation and support folks are always available for questions and consistently communicate whether it's basic questions or about new features to ensure we get the most out of the product.

Pros:

The Fieldclix software is extremely stable, well supported and a strong tool for managing resources for all of our projects. Crew scheduling, time tracking, asset tracking, project budget tracking, photo and task list management are all available in the base product. Our biggest savings have been in payroll - no more rounding to the furthest half hour, but actual gps tracking! We've also benefited from project monitoring/reporting.

Cons:

No cons about the software - most challenges with software systems are with humans.

Comments: FCX is directed toward our industry in tower construction and is better than the other software systems we entertained. We would of had to utilize multiple software systems to accomplish what FXC does specific to our industry work.

Pros:

Visibility and real-time job costing... Labor, materials, etc.

Cons:

Could be a better portion dedicated to scheduling out and mapping functions.

Easy to use. accuracy. different levels of user accounts

Cons:

Implementation was a little slow, but that was more on us because senior leadership didn't enforce it.

Essential!

Comments: The ease of use, the intuitiveness of the system makes life much easier. I run the full spectrum of FieldClix use, from training new users in the company, creating build plans, managing sites, creating PO's for vendors, dispatching crews and invoicing customers, I am able to do multiple jobs only with the help of FieldClix. I could not do my job without it.

Pros:

FieldClix is an amazing software that covers all aspects of the business, I work within this system all day every day and the time saving and tracking benefits are better than any system I have worked in in my 10 years of being in the industry. The FieldClix staff is extremely responsive and receptive to our needs, making changes or fixing user errors quickly.

Cons:

there is not a lot I do not like about FieldClix, the system is in a continuous state of improvement and the developers are always receptive to suggestions.

Wireless Solution Source + FieldClix

Comments: Our experience has been five-star. This tool will help us continue expanding WSS operations in an organized manner.

Pros:

FieldClix has become the heart of our business. It has helped us to organize and synchronize our field operations with all administrative departments. What I appreciate most about this tool is its ability to synchronize and manage all areas of our project within a single app. Another significant point is that it is user-friendly and they have an excellent team. They have worked hand in hand with us for the implementation and customization of the platform.

Cons:

So far, there have been no cons. Any minor issues that we encountered were quickly resolved by the FieldClix team.

Efficient & Effective Management Tool

Pros:

The multiple different tools and functionalities Fieldclix has created to help improve and assist our different departments. The support team is always willing to help us sort out our issues and help us create and implement solutions that work for us.

Cons:

Some of the tools are a little clunky and take some getting used to. Nothing that majorly impacts my use of the tools but makes it a tad frustrating when running into issues.

FieldClix for the Win!!

Comments: Fieldclix has been a game changer for our company. From relying solely on managing finances from QuickBooks and spreadsheets, to real-time spend on every project you have in your pipeline has been an amazing upgrade. Don't know how we got along without it.

Pros:

Overall real time financial info and budget updating is amazing.

Cons:

Wish there was more mobile capabilities for dispatching and BP updating, but besides that, no real con I have found.
