I have been a customer since 2024 with multiple hosted mining machines.

On May 25, 2026 I requested a BTC withdrawal. 
On May 26 I received the KYC email and immediately sent everything they asked for: selfie holding my ID, proof of last deposit, wallet address, phone and email.

They let the request \*\*stall for 15 days\*\* before finally sending a message about a “Full AML/Legal Department review – 2 to 3 weeks”.

Then on June 1 they sent another message saying the withdrawal was \*\*temporarily cancelled\*\* and that the funds had been “returned to my balance”.

\*\*This is false.\*\* As of today (June 9, 2026) the BTC are STILL NOT visible in my wallet or balance. Zero trace.

Important facts:
- This is \*\*NOT\*\* my first withdrawal. I have successfully withdrawn funds several times before without any problem.
- I have continued adding fresh funds every month to cover the hosting fees while they keep my money locked.
- Their own FAQ clearly states “withdrawals processed within 24 hours”. They are now more than 15 days in breach of their own policy.

This is not a simple “delay”. This is a systematic way to keep customers’ money hostage while continuing to charge hosting fees.

DO NOT invest with ECOS if you ever plan to withdraw. They let you in easily but they don’t let you out.

1 star. Strongly avoid.
