> **Pros**: The pros of TekConnectGov are the online customer portal, excellent pricing, and the software is easy to use.  The customer service is second to none.

> **Cons**: So far, I have not experienced any cons to TekConnectGov.
> 
> After reviewing both local and cloud based software systems for building permits, we chose to use TekConnectGov for our building permit solution.  The team at TekConnectGov worked to seamlessly integrate TekConnectGov into our daily workflow.  This transition moved our city from a local based 20 yr old system to a cloud based system that allows contractors to apply for permits, request inspections, and provide payment online providing us with a more streamline solution.
