> **Pros**: On the day-to-day, OneTeam360 has been a great help for staff tracking and engagement opportunities between managers and entry-level staff. 
Having all of these daily interactions has changed the entire way we can structure our quarterly reviews and try to keep building up our staff's potential.

> **Cons**: Getting folks used to using the software took a little bit of time, but now that folks recognize that every day counts towards OneTeam360's point algorithm the investment feels a little higher. 
We're looking forward to finding a good opportunity to use the Competition function, which has not been utilized yet.

Our business has many remote locations and this system allowed us to up our engagement and team communication to levels we have never seen. The competitions function really gets everyone excited to work. In addition, our ability to document and track how our team is doing day to day has never been better. This has helped us identify team members that are standing out day to day that deserve recognition.
