> **Pros**: The development team has been excellent to understand the requirements , cross question the same and add value in defining the requirements. They are able to participate and value rather than just pick up the requirements and delivery. Delivery as per requirements is excellent. The product at a base level is good , however we had to do extensive customization to meet our business scenarios.

> **Cons**: For us, it was not an off the shelf product that can meet around say 80% of the standard business requirements.

> Excellent support in delivering as per requirement. Pricing seems to be on the expensive side and the AMC also a tad high.
