> **Pros**: Having Noonlight integration with our REVLAB panic buttons give our clients the added benefit of total security. Noonlight has made it very easy to establish a secure connection between law enforcement and other public authorities giving our clients peace of mind during any upcoming emergencies. Their implementation team was very easy to work with and that’s always an added benefit\!

> **Cons**: 1. We need a designated "main" phone \# for our account that will be customer facing and appear on the customers' phones for communication with Noonlight. Noonlight wont't do.
2. When Noonlight calls or texts, we need the rep to say hi this is the Birdie+ Rep. Our customer will not recognize your name, Noonlight. It is also a moment when they are feeling threatened or in danger and may not be trusting of an unfamiliar name, i.e. Noonlight. Noonlight won't do.
